OK....so while I am sitting here enjoying a BIG fatty on my lap top, in the hammock........i just realized that 16 years ago this evening I had NO IDEA who the misses was.......we had not met yet........but tomorrow night, was the evening that changed my life forever.......16 years ago tonight I was living in a friends house that I was doing work on.......went to the store (Raleys at the Y) to get stuffing fixins for pork chops and stopped at a local bar...(Brothers, and back then, it was a bikers/drug/drunkards hang out....hey never said we were perfect)...saw her walking out the front door as I walked in the Back......I thought she was a friends of mine Daughter, so I bought her a beer and a shot and went out to say hi......well it was not her and the rest is history.. we have been together ever since.....we met tomorrow evening....got married 2 years later, August 22 2000.......this is a special week for me.....when we met.......think I had a dozen pair of shorts, couple pairs of flip flops, and a shit load of T-Shirts.....survived a winter in tahoe like that....no bank account.....no drivers license........was so far under the radar snails did not notice me....... kinda liked it.......but then at the ripe ol age of 40,we met.....things changed QUICKLY !! Bought some shoes......got my license, (which I had not had since my first one from High School)........and here I am......was a EMT....president of the Local Firehouse.......owned 2 businesses......am actually a respected member of our fine little corner of the world.......(even if we do have more cattle and sheep than people)......but Honey.....it has been all you......I owe it all to You......you are the Best thing that ever happened to me.....we have our moments.....but for better or worse.....you have been there for ALL my craziness.....I am still alive and you are not in Jail.....good job....I love ya...... :-)
