OK, so while I appreciate the humor in this post I also dislike how it is portraying our education system. Like many of the comments have said, this would most likely be the work of international students who dont have the proper background knowledge, and is also possibly the work of first year university students; so that means it is more reflective of failures in our high-school system than problems with tertiary education. I also think that while this group of extracts demonstrates failures, there is probably a matching number of examples that show the flip-side of this coin and demonstrate successes. Yes, this is a scary example of people failed by our education system, BUT, it does not mean there arent many successes, and we should not look down on tertiary education because of this. Also, as other people have suggested, we do not know the context, or personal histories, of any of these attempts. Laugh all you want, I had a good laugh as well, but none of us are perfect, theres no such thing as a perfect system, and we should not judge our entire education system as a failure based on this biased sample.
