OK, sorry such a late notice. I found out about this nationwide event last night (1/11). I spent today checking with city government for assembly rules/permits, etc. Couldnt find an event near me so decided to host one. I am asking my friends to participate if they are available. We will meet at the Rite Aid Pharmacy at 5th Avenue and 31st Street in Huntington, WV at 3:30 pm. Bring signs and wear warm clothing. We will quit at 7pm. We have to try to protect our environment from dirty energy practices. If this pipeline is built, America will not benefit. Our wild areas and our citizens will be put in harms way so that a foreign oil company can profit from it. This oil is for EXPORT! Ultimately, it will provide permanent jobs for LESS THAN 60 Americans. When the inevitable accidental spill happens, U.S. taxpayers will no doubt pick up the cleanup bill.
