OK the roof is fixed from the storm damage. The tree is cut down. I am 1500.00 poorer. The first hoop of the law suite with the city over a sidewalk in my front yard has been jumped. The law suite is because Bank of America would not work with the city about the purchase of the property. Now they want to take all the money, even what is to replace landscaping that is being damaged because of the construction. BOA makes me sick. The attorney for BOA agreed today to postpone the next trial date because I was going to have to cancel several appointments already scheduled to the tune of about $1000.00. I can not find an attorney to help me because there is not enough money for them to get a percentage of. $3500.00. So I am doing my best to represent myself. I am a creative person, not a paperwork person. I have been successful so far. So 3 of the looming things the roof, the tree, and dealing with the insurance are finished. I came out the victor with just a small dent in my checking account. Thank you God for standing by my side. So next hurdle....BOA is half way finished. This sidewalk issue has been going on for 2.5 years. I have a file about 5 inches thick. I have filed motions and answers and made an appearance. We have encroachment issues. I have been dealt with by unclean hands. I have lies in writing. I have been pressured to sign paperwork because someone dropped the ball and the deadline for the funding of the project was looming. My property has been under valued. And BOA wants to walk in and wants to take the money I have had to work my but off for during this 2.5 year process. I will be more than likely receiving a greater sum of money because of the way this has been handled. I am blessed in ways I can not speak of at the moment. So the court date is the 18. So pray that I will be given what I have ask the city for above and beyond the $3200.00 including a paved drive way and a larger sum of money. So two more things looming besides this and then I will be singing praises for God when things turn out the way in my favor because He is always at my side. This is the year of jubilee and I am praying for and expecting big things because my God is bigger that BOA and the City of Nashville. God is good and God is great. He will bring me out of this stress with a story to tell and I will be in a much better place because I have the faith of a mustard seed and have told the mountain how big my God is and have faith in Him that I will see that mountain move.
