OK...to vote or not to vote...that is the question. Well, its kind of like choosing life support. You have to ask yourself what the alternative is here. I am of the opinion...that we have got to try EVERY available means for a peaceful resolution. Im discouraged too. I dont know one thinking person whos not disillusioned. But there are a few options still left on the table; a few things that might turn it around...one of them being to take back the Senate. All we can do is try...and I dont mean just go vote...I mean, do as the Democrats have done for the last few voting cycles....make a concerted effort to get EVERYONE to the polls. There are one or two other ideas that, until recently, havent been fully implemented due to the fact that the majority of the population still had their heads buried up their asses. But this Ebola threat and the ISIS regime have been like buckets of ice water thrown in the faces of these slumbering late-bloomers...and I believe it could be possible now. Well just have to see how the games play out. Only God knows how it goes. In time, well all know. But while were waiting to see what the outcome will be, we should be using this lull...these next few months...to prepare in every possible way for a time of civil unrest. Because if we are unsuccessful, well, things have progressed to a point where our melting pot is about to boil over. I thoroughly believe that the Black Panthers...whove threatened to extinguish the white man...or ISIS, who has openly declared that they are planning to attack us on our soil...or both...will begin implementing these attacks in earnest. Weve already witnessed a few beheadings, riots in the streets, Atlanta Interstates shut down...and a few violent Muslim assaults. Oh, I mean workplace violence incidents. (smirk) I will go on record saying. I DO NOT WANT MY GRANDCHILDREN TO HAVE TO LIVE THROUGH A CIVIL WAR. I DO NOT WANT AMERICA DRIVEN TO HER KNEES BY THE ACTIONS OF A FEW HOTHEADS. IF WE MUST...THEN SO BE IT. BUT WE SHOULD BE IN IT TO WIN IT. At this point, we are woefully unprepared. There would be bloodshed on both sides and would likely be a long time before there was any semblance of normality or order again. So, we take this time to pray diligently for the best and to prepare just as diligently, for the worst. Get your communities on the same page. Start workshops. Get people together to train. Who are you going to call when you need help? Who will get there quickly? Your neighbor. PREP UP! But in the meantime, VOTE. Try everything first, Then, FIGHT SMART OR DONT START.
