OK, well, I guess I am going to lose 40 lbs. Not about vanity. Strictly about health. Putting it out there publicly because the accountability thing works really well for me. Once Ive accomplished it, which I will, it will put my grand total at over 100 lbs lost. That would be over the course of 7 years though, if I reach the goal within a year. I could do the slow and steady thing I always do, but it would take me a little over 3 years to lose 40 at that pace. Im going to aim for 5 lbs a month, with the first easy 10 in the first month. SO, it should take me 7 months total. Wish me luck.
