OKLAHOMA HAY MARKET REPORT 06/19/14 Alfalfa trade moderate to slow with movement mostly moderate. Rains once again delayed alfalfa baling in some areas but the additional moisture very welcome. Demand remains good for all alfalfa offerings but recent rainfall has buyers more selective than in the past few weeks. Wheat haying activities essentially finished and supplies are light. Grass hay harvest will begin to heat up over the next two to three weeks. Grass hay demand mostly moderate in central Oklahoma, good in western counties and light to moderate in eastern counties.
