OLD SCHOOL (RELEVANT) TRAINING VIDEO- This video is from a time long past, yet it explains exactly what we are missing these days in our firehouses across the United States of America and that is BASIC FIREFIGHTING SKILLS. As the videos narrator says these skills must be practiced all of the time, you may need to perform them in the dark or even the snow. Its amazing that even with the technology of the present day, all we need to still put fires out quickly is formed/practiced skill, knowledge, common sense, courage and some appropriately applied water in a proficient (aggressive) manor. Fire does its job well... What is our excuse? (Note- Companies in the video seem to be from Metropolitan Washington, DC Area Fire Departments)
