OLD SECTION 15 3b को ध्यान से देखो जिसमे पार्ट 2 की रजिस्ट्रेशन की बात कही है अब जरा नए २०१४ को ध्यान से देखो जिसमे 15[३]बी को हटा दिया है . [NEW AMENDED 2014] 15. Registration: - (1). Every person possessing any of the qualifications specified in Schedule I shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed in this behalf be entitled to have his name entered in part I of the Register subject to such conditions as may be prescribed. (2). Sub-section (2) omitted by Haryana Act 18 of 1969, section 9 (with effect from 26th November 1968. (3). Any person not in possession of the qualifications specified in Schedule I but- (a) whose name is entered immediately before the 13th day of December 1963 in the list maintained under section 34 of the East Punjab Ayurvedic and Unani Practioners Act, 1949, under section 33 of the Pepsu Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners Act, 2008 B.K. (b) Ommitted by Haryana Act No. 7 of 2014. (4). Omitted by Haryana Act 18 of 1969. (5). Non person shall be entitled under this section to have his name entered in the Register if he is a minor. अब इसे देखे जो नए एक्ट के शुरू में ही है की यह कब से लागू है CHAPTER I-Preliminary 1. Short title, extend and commencement:- (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners Act, 2014. 2. It extends to the whole of the [State of Haryana]. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the state Government may by notification appoint Notification हुई 25-३-२०१४ को जब नए एक्ट में एक्सपीरियंस वाला खाना ही ख़तम है और पुराने के अनुसार नाम रजिस्टर से हट गए हैं तो किस आधार पर पार्ट 2 की रिन्यूअल की जा रही है .पूछो उन कर्णधारों से जो मेरे मुंह की धूल साफ़ करने की बात कहकर आप सब की आँखों में धूल झोंक रहे हैं .कारण क्या है वही जानते होंगे ,मेरे लिए तो बस ??????????? मैं एह लिख कर कोई कमेंट नहीं करूंगा बस अपना काम कर रहा हूँ जो जरी है और जल्द ही ख़तम होगा इस बारे .किसी को कुछ पूछना है तो फ़ोन करे
