OLLAAA Grand Alumni Homecoming Advisory No. 09 WHAT. : Registration, Cotillion , & Intermission Numbers Guidelines. : I. Registration 1.Registration fee to cover lunch, am and pm snacks 250 Cost of t-shirt. 250 Gala Night with dinner, band, cotillion, raffle, ball 500 Total. P1,000 2. Early registrants, or registration not later than 12/31/14, are entitled to two (2) raffle tickets to be drawn on the gala night II. Cotillion & intermission numbers 1. Everyone is invited to join the cotillion and batch intermission number. 2. If there will be more interested participants, the committee will limit the number on a first come, first served basis. 3. Please email your batch intent to join the cotillion and intermission number to xian_8285@rocketmail, cc: [email protected] not later than 12/31/14. Your email should indicate your batch, names of participants and contact point. III. Dress Code. : 1. Day time activities - OLLAAA t-shirt and casual down Color coding per decade: 1950-1959. red 1960-1969. orange 1970-1979. royal blue 1980-1989. apple green 1990-1999. pink 2000-2014. yellow 2. Gala night. - Cotillion dancers - gown for ladies and barong for men Non- cotillion dancers - semi formal Please help us reach out to as many alumni as possible as this is OUR AFFAIR.
