At our online classifieds division, Moderators are key players to the advancement of online classifieds. They decide what goes live on our site and what doesn’t. There is now an opportunity to be part of this: We are looking for someone who has: • Has an eye for fine detail • Great written and oral communication skills • Self-managing skills i.e. requires minimal supervision • Excellent time management skills • Ability to work on shift system (public holidays and weekends included) • Knowledge of online classifieds • Knows how to read between the lines and knows that when a deal is too good to be true, it probably is. • Strong decision making skills • Strong problem solving skills • You will be immersed in an amazing community of technology culture that thrives on proactivity, initiative and creative thinking. • Duties and responsibilities • Deciding which ads to be published while observing the set guidelines • Publishing of high quality advertisements on our site • Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets set • Resolving customer complaints, questions and queries via phone, email, social media (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Blog, etc.), online chat with direction from the Customer Service Manager • Ensure Advertisements are published to the site within the agreed times set by the Line Manager • Contacting customers as provided by the Customer Service Manager to clarify reasons for ad deletion Requirements +++++++++++ Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Communication or Business related Studies Highly proficient in Ms-office computer packages Highly proficient in English and Kiswahili Added advantages +++++++++++++ >Experience in working in an E-commerce environment >Experience in Customer Service >Basic experience of dealing with Fraud This is a fixed term contract.
