OMG - They Did it! I met Joe Crespo for the first time in 2007. He worked for a company that I bought pools from as a contractor when I owned Ball Contracting. I had a dispute with that company, and when Joe Crespo met me for the first time, he came to my shop in Bayville, NJ on behalf of his company with a crane and a few 18 wheeler trucks to re-possess almost $1 Million dollars in pool supplies his company had agreed to store at my facility. Even though the circumstances of our first meeting was awkward, Joe and I had a great deal of respect for each other and formed a friendship. Joe and I ended up in another Network Marketing Company together racing for the same position in that company. He won - and beat me to the TC - Team Coordinator position in that company. We both moved on from that company and 20 months ago, I approached Joe about this New Weight Loss Coffee Company I had found called Javita! Joe was not interested at that time, but we agreed to compare paychecks in a year. I have always know Joe to be a man of his word, and after a year passed, I showed him my paycheck. On November 1st, 2013 Joe Crespo Joined us in Javita. Thank God that a No is not a No forever. As a result of patience and persistance on both of our parts, Dawn Marie Ball and I are pleased beyond words to have this Power Couple on our team! Today, after only 4 months, they have reached the level of Supervisor and will be driving a BMW!
