OMG!!! Had to share this because it breaks my heart :(. Please be careful who you leave your babies with even if they are a licensed daycare facility. I know from a very tragic experience with a very dear friend that these daycares are not inspected the way you think they would be. This state and probably many others care more about food safety and liquor laws than they do about the welfare of these innocent babies. Prayers for this little guy and his family.
