OMG I think Im in GF heaven. Here in the Faroe Islands they call them pancakes but they are more like crepes, which they fill with sweet stuff and roll up and eat like a dessert or snack (as you can see, I filled mine with sliced bananas and cinnamon sugar.) Ive had many baked goods since Ive been gluten free for ten years, but never have I truly enjoyed one that I wanted more right away. One of the non-Celiacs here in the house hold started to eat one not knowing what they were and when his mom asked how he liked it, he said he did and when she told him it was gluten free he said I cant taste the difference. Now to find out if that brand is obtainable in the US.
