OMG Im so disappointed on our way home from Turlock on 99 we see a car in front of us driving off road on and out of traffic almost hit few cars so scary! Scary enough that we called it in and gave the description and everything she acted like it had been reported all ready so I follow it in slow lane all way home to make sure a cop will come and get him off the road!!! 3 cites and hour long and no officer ever shows up!!!!!! Then almost to Elk Grove and a COP!! Passes me and the damn car Im like hello!!!! Hes right there stop and cop keeps going I had to get off to go home and bug kept driving all over place not one law officer showed up! Someone please tell me how this happends Im sick to my stomach and so disappointed guess we dont report drunk driver since help dont come!!!! I pray he hurts no one where ever he is going!!!!#pissed
