OMG! Its a holy mess! Okay, here, goes! I received my full blown credit report from all three credit agencies. They all reflect that my original lender GMAC exhibits that I owe $0 to them as of December 1, 2008. In the comment section, it states transferred to another lender. without specifying who. It does lit a partial account number which is actually the original account number that I can identity accorded my original closing documents. I has a MIN Number (Mortgage I identification Number ); and an address Identification Number. It also has a Fannie Mae ID. It states terms 2 years???? There is not anything in the public land records that reflects any transfer or sell in 2008. This display of documents exhibited in since weve been in court is a strange looking corporate assignment of Deed of Trust made to Nationstar Mortgage on April 20, 2012. Then Nations star is shown as an open account for my house on December 1, 2008--but, does not make a first credit reporting until May 2009. The Loan number is a different Number from GMAC orignal loan number. But it states it was purchased from GMAC on 12/1/2008 TRANS. Shows a Mortgage Identification (same as on GMAC) Number and Fannie Mae ID ( same as on GMAC); However, Nationstar has a different loan number. Nationstar reflects no data available being reported to the credit agencies after they got paid from the insurance. So explain to me who is exactly foreclosed on me? And why did Nationstar tell me they gave my house back to Fannie Mae. Then turn around on November 1, 2013 to exhibit a Special Warranty Deed that Nationstar sold my house to Fannie Mae for $10 when I thought I was told back in June of 2013 that my house was given back to Fannie Mae! And my house was listed on a Fannie Mae website as one of their properties being sold immediately after the foreclosure. Its just that I refused to accept the cash for keys and did not move! What in the hell happened??? My head is spinning!
