It expands the areas that will be legal to hunt and it will make it illegal for non-hunters ( shelter workers who may be roaming the areas looking for stray galgos ), hikers, bikers or anyone not involved in the hunt to enter the hunting grounds. They will be subject to fines. The new law rewards the activity of hunting and actually subsidizes it and, implements practices to protect the wildlife. One example is that it now allows the killing of dogs and cats.
