OMG With Valentines just days away my super yummy delicious WHITE CHOCOLATE & CRANBERRY BISCUITS are a perfect way to wake up your family with a little homemade LOVE and a hot cup of coffee WHITE CHOCOLATE & CRANBERRY BISCUITS🐝 • 2 cups flour • 1/4 cup Crisco shortening • 1 cup powdered sugar • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon nutmeg • 1 tablespoons sour cream • 2/3 cup milk • 2 teaspoon lemon juice • 1/2 cup white chocolate • 1 cup cranberry • in a large bowl add flour sugar baking powder salt nutmeg cut in Crisco and sour cream with a pastry knife until crumble the size of peas • slowly blend in milk until the dough is moist add lemon juice • fold in chocolate and cranberries • lightly flour a flat surface • add and knead dough / roll out the your dough • cut out your dough ( I used a opened end can) • place dough into a lightly oiled and floured cupcakes pan • place in a pre-heated oven @425 for -118-20 minutes until biscuits are golden brown THE GLAZE🐝 • in a boiler on low medium heat add •1 pad butter • 1 cup powdered sugar • 2 tablespoons heavy cream • 2 tablespoons lemon juice • 1/4 white chocolate Continue to stir until creamy once biscuits are done dip biscuits tops into your glazes ENJOY LOVE YOU HONEY!🐝
