OMG antibiotics in chickens to hasten growth has been rumoured for years. ABC Landline today revealed that the sale of chicken has surpassed all other meats including pork, beef etc. Might NOT be the case if citizens study the truth in the statement of antibiotic in major supermarkets and some butchers. The days are long gone, when the luxury of a chicken from the backyard was a feast for Sunday lunch. Progress?
