OMG, just getting home from a journey. Tanya and Brad had our truck, they took the kids to Mississippi, for a little vacation, on the way back this morning, she called the truck was running hot and making all kinds of noise. Thank GOD my mom and Paw Wilbert were on their way back from Mississippi, they picked them up and brought them back to their house. Terry & I dropped off her car and went to retrieve the truck. It turned over, so he tightened the lower radiator hose, put water and started on our journey back home. The truck was about 1 mile on the other side of the Welcome Area for Louisiana. Had to make a pit stop at the rest area, then the gas station for fuel. It started running hot in New Orleans East, then went back down, we made it to the Race Track on Highway 90, the gauge was pegged. He poured water, opened the radiator cap and filled it back up with water. We finally made it home, only to say that we need to change the motor. :(
