OMG let me tell yall! So yesterday I was absently gazing out of the window right, when I see a thick cord of what looked like black rope on the windowsill. Im looking at it, about to pick it up and throw it away when that bish moved. It MOVED yall! I realized it was a damned snake about two feet long. I backed away, screaming. My sister screamin, my kids screamin, the maid screamin, everybody screamin. My dad saved the day, picked it up and took it outside. As he was about to throw it into the bonfire, the snake wiggled out of his grasp. My momma, who was grilling some barbecue at the time, proceeded to hack at the snake with her tongs lol. Bye bye snake. But it doesnt stop there. I was cautious the rest of the night, jumpy as hell, looking in every nook and cranny of the house. Satisfied that there were no other creepy crawlies in the house save for the residential lizards, spiders, and mice, I went to the kitchen to make my nightly tea. Oh, my God. I see something brown and curly hiding partially behind the trash can. Oh hell na Yes yall, it was another snake. Another damned snake. Two snakes in the house in one night. To put my morbid fear of snakes in perspective for you, Id rather eat a live cockroach (which Im deathly scared of as well), than to be within 30 yards of a snake. The phobia is real. And this might be a stupid question, but how do you prevent something like this from happening again? Lol, I cant deal with it :( I couldnt even sleep. I kept thinking a snake was gonna somehow slither under my bedroom door.
