OMG... who have I become? I just did an hour class of sprints, burpees, sit ups and circuit training.... I feel like jelly and like I may puke.... but I survived!!! hahaha. Ive been so proud of how my body feels and looks since I started eating better... but I decided it is time to actually work out and do something extra besides one yoga class a week. So... Strength training and cardio it is! My 10 year wedding anniversary is in 2 months... so my goal to be beach body ready by then!! My husband better take me somewhere I can celebrate in a bikini! Will someone let him know, please? haha Wish me luck that I can get out of bed and move tomorrow!! Im going to need it!
