OMGods... Yes we let the cats up on Odins hospital bed. We let the cats sleep with him all day and night and heck, Silence sleeps in his lap most of the time. I trust our cats more then I trust most humans. They dont go near his face, they dont screw with his machines or monitors and they get out of the way without being told if something is happening. Odin loves the cats, Silence, in particular, is his best friend. They are warm, purring bodies that just want to cuddle, and Odin loves cuddling. I tried stopping the cats from getting on Odins bed for a long time, then I realized it was a loosing battle and all the cats want to do is love up on Odin and let him know that they are there for him. If you think the cats sleeping with Odin is a noteworthy case for CPS you should probably get the stick out of your ass.
