OMGosh!!!!!! My son, Noah, is driving me insane!!!!! You know how I get about the to, two, too, youre, your and so on and so forth. Well, every time I open my mouth and say, I want to lay down...I get a real loud LIE. OMGOSH!!!!!!!! Lie,Lie, LIE!!!!!!!!!!! I think he gets me with that S$%t EVERY FREAKING DAY!!!!!!!!!!! So today I sat my Fat a$$ down and read the darn rules about lie vs lay and lay vs laid vs lain so I would have that crap in my head!!!!!! UGHHHHHHH. I am freaking 43 years old. KARMA, leave me alone!!!!!!! I just say lay. I have always said lay. It just sounds right. I lie down doesnt sound RIGHT to me!!!!! BUT goodness forbid if I dont say it right, from 2 or 3 rooms away, Ill hear LIE. GRRRRRRR. I think Im starting to hear it in my sleep as I LIE in bed at night fretting over whether or not I am using the correct tense of lie or lay or past or passed or what the heck ever because whom or who the heck ever came up with this crazy English language was an IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There, I said it. Now I feel much better. I can go and lie my chunky a$$ down and rest now. Its all in the past.
