OMMIEDRAAI RACE - 24 SEPTEMBER 2014 Yes, we are full of aches and pains after the many runs the past few weeks, but we need to support The OMMIEDRAAI FRIENDS race on 24 September 2014. The intention is to have a runners bus for the Beginners whose objective would be to have a slower, relaxing run - not competing, but completing the 10 km race within the allotted cut off time. According to their flyer, everyone finishing the race will be getting a medal. So, why worry - be happy! We owe our allegiance to this extremely friendly group of Ommiedraai runners! Lets support them with great enthusiasm.
