We have been chasing and calling you guys to get the Rs Rs.4090 against the Order # 28050259 since 29th of Nov’14, however call centre people disconnect our calls and donot even reply to our mail. We have asked to cancel the order and refund the money however no one seems to be listening to us. We have also shared the bank statement for the same. We have got the acknowledgement from your end in the trail that you have received the money then why the amount is not getting refunded to our account.
