ON 10 MAR 2014 This is to inform you that M/S Nirmal Utility Services Pvt Ltd will conduct an on campus recruitment drive at Vidya Knowledge Park, Meerut on 10 Mar 2014 for B.Tech (ME & EN) final year students. Kindly inform all the eligible candidates for the same. Students have to report at Seminar Hall, VIFT (Main Building) at 10.15 AM. The eligibility criteria / job profiles are as under:- (a) B.Tech (ME & EN) having 60% and above marks throughout (10th , 12th and B.Tech). (b) Salary. Rs 1.80 LPA to 1.95 LPA (Appraisal in salary will be done after the probation period is over). (c) Job Location. Delhi / NCR. (d) Executive Production Engineer / Trainee Production Engineer for Tuktuk Wheelers (A division of Nirmal Utility Pvt Ltd). (e) Training . 6 months. (f) Job Description. The job involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. To ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality. (h) Primary Responsibilities:- (i) Overseeing the production process, drawing up a productin schedule. (ii) Ensuring that the production is cost effective. (iii) Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. (iv) Working out the human and material resources needed. (v) Drafting a timescale for the job. (vi) Estimating costs and setting the quality standards. (vii) Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. (viii) Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment. (ix) Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes. (x) Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers. (xi) Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals. (xii) Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. (xiii) Supervising and motivating a team of workers. (xiv) Reviewing worker performance. (xv) Identifying training needs. Selection Process:- (a) Written Test. (b) Group Discussion. (c) Personal Interview. All eligible students are required to attend the aforesaid drive with full preparation.
