ON J&K GOVT FORMATION : Earlier I had discussed the pros and cons of three possible options for formation of the Govt in J& K . I had written that the Govt formed with the alliance of BJP and PDP could be the most stable provided BJP agrees and gives undertaking that CM shall be that of PDP for the whole term of 6 years and that it will not raise any controversial issue such as Art.370 and shall also withdraw controversial Special Armed Forces Law to detain any body.In case BJP agrees to these conditions then how will it face its Jammu. support base .But BJP does not want to loose the God given opportunity of to be a part of J&K Govt . Similarly there is a problem with PDP to a be part of Grand Alliance. of PDP + Congress .+NC . People have voted for PDP to get rid of Omer Abdullah Govt because of bad administration and Rampant Corruption . So if PDP forms the Govt in alliance with NC and Congress then no doubt it will have the comfortable majority but it will amount the betrayal of the people verdict .In this case if PDP would like to initiate any action against the corrupts of Omer Govt then both NC and Congress shall not support the Govt .So this combination shall not be stable..More over there be no proper representation of Jammu Region . So under these circumstances the best and most stable option shall be PDP + BJP with above mentioned undertakings from the BJP .After all there had been JDU + BJP Govt where Nitish never allowed BJP to implement its Communal Agenda . This option shall allow the PDP Govt to institute any enquiry against the wrong doers of Omer Govt and shall also help PDP Govt to bring more grant for J&K development.
