ON JICHO PEVU: Cyprian what is your position on this Jicho pevu story, is it too little too late, is it too edited to be meaningful... several friends already asked. My answer: This is a very important national exercise. We need as a nation to carry out a thorough post election audit, review and reform in order to secure our nation. IEBC is never going to kick start this national process of introspection and audit. We improve when we reflect, investigate ourselves and develop a true and accurate national narrative of who we are and what is wrong about the nation including its key processes. Election is a key process in Kenya. I do not believe that Jicho Pevu is the source of all we need as a nation but no one has done a better audit and review of the 2013 election than Jicho Pevu have done so far. I have my 17 areas that must be discussed as we go on...
