ON NASARAWA LAWMAKERS SALARY AND ALLOWANCES...... Each Lagislators take home pay every month is N4m; he gets N30m yearly as constituency allowance; he also gets N10m yearly as transportation allowance; while on the other hand.... There are 290 staff in Nasarawa house of assembly, out of this number, 240 are casual staff who are paid N6000 per month, including even the SERGENT- at- arms. Even the 10 graduates among those 240 casuals are paid N10,000 per month... Besides this, every time they threaten impeachment, they get settled. And whenever the executive proposes to take a bond or loan for project execution, it is 10% of whatever the amounts are for their pockets, or no approval.
