All Allotment/Possession/alienation letters Xerox copy of the land given to Airport Authority, Biju Pattanaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar, by Govt. of Odisha, Bhubaneswar as on today. 4. Construction Plan of Biju Pattanaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar and approval letter copy of the Plan/MAP. 5. Total Premium charged in Indian Rupees to AAI for Biju Pattanaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar towards the land cost in details. 6. Page to page details proceedings of the discussions with letters received with attachments & issued with attachments regarding Biju Pattanaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar land allotment and road plan Xerox copy from 1st-January-1992 (Year Nineteen Ninety Two) to 31st-July-2014 (Year Two Thousand Fourteen) and please give related office file numbers. 7. Estimate copy, work order copy, copy of Bill payment details of the road work & copy of the letter/order of road-land handed over to BMC (Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar) of the newly (in 2013 the ward. no was-30 now coming in ward.no-52) constructed road with point to point MAP at Bhimpur, Wireless Road, Airport Area, Bhubaneswar. 8. Copy of the Latest G.A.Dept, Govt of Odishas Office order regarding the road at Bhimpur, Wireless Road, Airport Area, Bhubaneswar for this 1.506 acres of land alienated as per G.A.Order No-9396 dated.18/August/2006 with related authenticated and approved road MAP. 12. Copy of the handed over and Taken over letters / orders / documents of the land for which a land measuring of 1.506 acres near Bhimpur side was made to alienate the land with AAI, Biju Pattanaik Airport Authority, Bhubaneswar as per the order of G.A. Department, Govt of Odisha, Bhubaneswar. 13. Copy of the Office Orders / letters / proposals / documents / statements of the then Hon’ble Chief Minister, our beloved Late Biju Pattanaik, who had helped us and had initiated the issue to give 10 feet wide public road to the Bhimpur residents for the first time during his last tenure as CM, from Airport Authority of India, now Biju Pattanaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar.
