ON THE FOURTH DAY OF FITNESS MY TRUE GYM GAVE TO ME……………….. 4 – Man-Makers 3 – 200 Meter Sprint 2 – 1 minute Wall Sits AND the BEST PLANK you will ever see! Uh Oh – man-makers! You will need to watch video if you don’t know It’s basically a burpie with a curl, squat and press. If you don’t have weights you can do it without weights and if that is too easy for you double the amount or use cans of soup that you should have donated to the bin. Video shows other modifications. We are having so much fun!!!!
