ON THE PRINCIPLE TRAILS OF THE FIRST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC STATE OF THE ISLAMIC WORLD (28 MAY 1918) After the war ,the Democratic Republic Of Azerbaijani and the Turkish Of Azerbaijani efforts were for freedom and independence for their own state , they allso based their rules on the democratic principle moral. The new state could serve to the Turkish Azerbaijani nation interests to walk independent through into the future like all the other developed European States.The president of the Azerbaijani Mehmet Emin Resulzade and all the other member states were determined to adhere to country characteristics of the area geo-economic and political, Euroasia The leaders understood that the development of the state couldnt come true on depending in the economic principle rules of the East or on the "centralization of the economy under the power of the socialist Russian communism regime. According to the leaders of the Azerbaijani state , their new state must stand on original principle moral. The new state could serve to the Azerbaijani Turkish nation interests to walk independent through into the future like all the other developed European States.The president of the Azerbaijani Mehmet Emin Resulzade and all the other member states were determined to accomplish all the euroaziatik politic and geo-economic characteristics. According to the leaders of the Azerbaijani state , their new state must stand on original principle rules in accordance with all the specific and unique characteristics of the turkish azerbaijani nation. The president of Azerbaijani, Mehmet Emin Resulzade in cooperation with all the member states took the responsibility for the reconstruction of the social-economic and politic structure of the nation. New transformations in economy, politic and social development had to happen for the good of the Azerbaijani. The denigrating politic of Moscow against the Turkish population of Azerbaijani had to be changed totally.The first step was education and the learning of the mother tongue (Turkish of Azerbaijani) with its own phrases on latin alphabet. The president of Azerbaijani, Mehmet Emin Resulzade was one of the originators of this movement. Refering to the state constitution and with the approval of the President and all members of the state ,the mother tongue of the Democratic Republic Of Azerbaijani and to all the people should be the Turkish language. This historical decision was of a great meaning for the consolidation of the identity base process for the Turkish people of Azerbaijani . This new movement gave light to the option for the opening of new schools and unversities. New reforms changed the reality on many sectors of state , for example on public administration , economy, agriculture, financial sectors on the intention to help for the country economic system, very interesting was even the reforms on the transportation and military sectors.Very interesting was the approval of the state constitution and allso the applying of the flag configurations symbols. Related to this topic it’s worthy to remember the decisions of the 24 June 1918 and 9 November 1918 for choosing the right symbols of the Azerbaijani flag. This flag could represent the Turkish people of Azerbaijani in every direction and principle. According to the legal framework of the government , many new laws were put on appliance even for the city hall and vilajets, was approved the resolution for the “land”, was created the ‘ Village Credit Bank” (Köy Kredi Bankası) , was constructed the railway line Altay-Culfa,and under the governance of the president of the Azerbaijani Mehmet Emin Resulzade was strongly organized the national army. Great reforms were applied even in the international relationships of great meaning was the partecipation of the state members of Azerbaijani in “The Peace Conference” that took place in Paris on 20 january 1920. The recognizing of the indipendence of the Azerbaijani state from all the member states in that conference was a historical day for the turkish azerbaijani people. According to the international relationships of great meaning were the steps taken for the centralization of relations with other region states. It is necessary to remember the signing of brotherhood agreement between -Azerbaijani and Iran-, and the agreement for the defending of the state with Georgia. Many diplomatic relations were applied with other region states and representations of politic legations in the world.The new consulate was opened in Turkistan, allso the Embassy of Azerbaijani in Turkey and many other initiatives were realised. The short live of the Democratic Republic of Azerbaijani that lasted only from 28 May 1918 until 28 April 1920 took away the chance of the Azerbaijani Turkish people for realising other reforms and changes for this nation. The entry of the red Bolshevik army inside Baku on 28 April 1920 signed even the ending of the revolutionary movement for the government structure of the 28 May 1918 , and this was with a great meaning for the Democratic Republic of Azerbaijani Turkish people. After the ‘’90 ‘s was signed another benchmark for the Azerbaijani state. The victory of the independence of Azerbaijani state in 18 October gave to all the Azerbaijani Turkish people the chance to walk on the street where their leader advanced before. After the winning of the sovereignty and the soviet socialist regime, the presidents who came after like Ajaz Mutallibov, Ebylfez Elçibej, Hajdar Aliyev and Ilham Alijev have worked and still work for one intention” The protection of sovereignty and integrity of the land of Azerbaijani state from opponents attack and envy to disintegrate the state of Azerbaijani. On the 20 January of 1990’s while the red army of Russian military entered inside Baku and acted in genocide violence against the Baku people even the Armenians did the same genocide violence acts in the year 1918, 1920, and in 25 and 26 February after the “90 ‘s in Khojaly (Hocalı) region part of the Mountain Karabag region. The strategic manners followed from the Azerbaijani Turkish leaders were put into practice from them for the development of the state and with the intention to serve for the protection of the integrity and sovereignty of the territorial land of Azerbaijani. The achieving of this intentions searched the realising of the economic and politic reforms. In the present days we all see Azerbaijani like one of those strong states with great people characterized from great quality, which inspire democratic spirit on realising the progress of the state. The development of the state stand high up on democratic and integrity standarts. Azerbaijani state in short time has reached success although the absence of the difficulty problems caused from his neighboring. Many achievements have become true in the fileds of education, culture and economy. The president Ilham Aliyev with his progressive politic in the international relationships has created the opportunitiy for the solution of many politic problems in the Mountain Karabag (Karabağ ). This is what the president Mehmet Emin Resulzade hoped to see with hundred and thousand other people years ago, and not only them but even all the rest of Azerbaijani Turkish people who living outside the politik boundaries of the state gave their life for one strong state, capable for protectin his legitime rights for a territorial integrity, sovereignty in economy, politic, and social culture development from the envy of any enemy.
