ONAM/ VELANKANNI FESTIVAL SPECIAL TRAINS The following special trains will be run to clear the extra rush of passengers during Onam/ Velankanni Festival season. Chennai Central – Mangalore Jn.- Chennai Central Superfast special Train. Train No. 06003 Chennai Central – Mangalore Jn. Superfast Special will leave Chennai Central at 21.00 hrs. on 14.09.2013 & 21.09.2013 and arrive Mangalore Jn. at 12.45 hrs. the next day. Similarly, in the return direction,Train No. 06004 Mangalore Jn. – Chennai Central Special will leave Mangalore Jn. at 14.45 hrs. on 15.09.2013 & 22.09.2013 and arrive Chennai Central at 07.45 hrs., the next day. The composition of the trains will be One AC 2-tier, Four AC 3-tier, 11 Sleeper Class, 3 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Arakkonam, Katpadi, Gudiyattam, Vaniyambadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Shoranur, Kuttipuram, Tirur, Kozhikkode, Vadakara, Thalassery, Kannur, Payyanur, Kanhangad and Kasaragod Stations in both the directions.
