ONE LAW FOR THEM AND ANOTHER FOR US Its disgraceful that Culture Secretary, Maria Miller, has kept her job after she inadvertently over-claimed thousands of pounds of OUR MONEY in mortgage expenses for her SECOND home. She was ordered to apologise to parliament, and did so, very ungraciously, in a speech that lasted all of 31 seconds. We know full well that if someone on benefits over-claimed, they would have their benefit stopped and would, in all likelihood, be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. A worker caught helping themselves to company funds would face a similar scenario and would certainly be sacked by the company. Well, we ARE the company whose funds were acquired by Maria Miller and I, for one, think she should be booted out.
