ONE OF BATTLE HILL’S INCREDIBLE ATTRACTIONS … Holy cow - have you ever seen eels this big or this friendly?! When we were told that the Battle Hill Farm Forest Park had tame eels you could feed we didnt quite comprehend how amazing they are. And how HUGE they are. They will come right up to you and snap up any leftover cooked meat you might happen to have, particularly sausages! Here they are munching on some delicious corned beef. It was destined for sandwiches but this was way more fun. There is so much to do out at the Park you’ll be thrilled you came for the day – the journey there is truly lovely as well. Whether you love historic buildings, or wide open spaces, or forests, or walkways, or the incredible tame eels, everything is right there! It’s going to make this Fair one really special event!
