ONLINE TEST BY MONSTER COLLEGE ON BEHALF OF SYNTEL ON 31 MAY 2014 1. It is to inform you that on line test for the remaining students, who have already registered their names on Monster College ID for Syntel will be conducted on 31 May 2014 from 02.30 PM to 03.30 PM in the Alpha Building (Computers Labs) of VKP for the final year students of B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE & EN). 2. You are required to ensure the following action / guidelines for the test:- (a) Students’ have been asked to carry their Photo ID Proof, these students need to be verified using their ID proof and Admit Card before entry into the Computer Labs and only then should they be allowed to take Online Test. (b) Mobile Phones and Calculators will not be allowed inside the Computer Labs and must be deposited outside the Computer Labs. (c) Centre Pass Code (unique for each batch) needs to be shared with the Batch Students only 5 minutes before the test starts. The Pass Code will be shared with you along with time slots identified. (d) Power Backup: Arrangement for continuous power supply with support of Generator will be provided during the examination i.e. 02.00 PM to 03.45 PM on 31 May 2014 (e) Attendance Sheet. Attendance of the students will be taken by each invigilators, as per the format to be provided by the CC & P Department and will be return the same to CC & P Department duly completed without fail on termination of examination. (f) During the Examination, every candidate’s IP Address will be monitored, if found guilty of giving examination from a venue other than your college, their candidature will be cancelled. No request in this regard will be entertained at a later stage. (g) Candidates clearing the online test will be communicated to by the Syntel HR Team directly for the further interview process. On Arrival of the Students for A given Batch (h) Please submit all text/printed/written material, bits of papers, pager, mobile phone, any electronic device, etc. to the invigilator. You are allowed to carry only Admit Card, identity proof and pen inside the examination hall/room. In case any of the above are found with you at any time during the examination, your candidature will be immediately canceled. (i) Students cannot carry Mobile Phones with them inside the labs and must deposit them outside the computer labs. If anybody is found with a Mobile inside the Examination Hall their candidature will be cancelled. (j) In case if any questions/ queries in with examination you can contact the Centre coordinator. (k) A candidate can only appear for the test in his/her allocated batch. He/she cannot write the test in another batch until approved by Syntel Ltd. In The Examination Hall (l) To log in to Online Examination / Test Window, please use the Centre Pass Code mentioned in the examination hall along with your allocated User ID and Password. (m) The test will starts at the scheduled time, please maintain silence. (n) Please carry a copy of Photo Id proof along with the call letter for verification by invigilator. (o) All calculations/rough work should be done in the rough sheet provided; no additional sheets should be used. On completion of the test, handover the rough sheets to the invigilator. (p) Any candidate found copying/receiving /giving assistance to others will be considered to have adopted an act of unfair practice and he / she will be disqualified. (q) Toggling (moving away from the test window) during the test is strictly prohibited and students indulging in such activities shall be disqualified. (r) Do not minimize the test screen under any circumstances, such instances are not allowed and will lead to dis-qualification. 3. All the above instruction / guidelines will be strictly implemented.
