Stage I : Subject Accounts & Law Duration : 1st February to 25th February Daily Study Hours : 8 During Stage I you have to study accounts and law and have to give 4 hour to each subject per day. Try to cover big topics in starting like Amalgamation,Internal Reconstruction,Partnership,AS etc. And in law Ethics, Meetings, Prospectus etc. Divide total course into 25 days and give weightage to big and important topics. Refer practice manual for this both subjects. I suggest to do communication topic in last. Stage II : Subject CAFM & Tax Duration : 26th February to 27th March Daily Study Hours : 10 Now you have to do 3 subjects in 30 days i.e. Cost, FM & TAX. In costing start with marginal - 4 days, Standard - 4 days, Contract - 2 days, Process - 3 days, Material, Labour, Overhead - 9 Days, Theory - 3 days, Remaining Topics - 5 days Fm. - Capital Budgeting - 4 days, Cost of Capital - 3 days, Cash Flow Statement - 3 days, Fund Flow - 2 days, Ratios - 3 days, Leverage - 1 day, Theory - 5 days, Remaining Topics - 9 days Tax - VAT - 3 Days, Service tax - 8 days, Capital Gain & other sources - 3 days, Salary & House Property - 2 days, PGBP - 3 Days, TDS & Deductions - 2 days, Set off & c/f - 2 day, Remaining topics - 7 days * Practice Manual advisable for CAFM and VAT & Service tax. Stage III : Subject Advance Accounting, Audit & IT/SM Duration : 28th March to 2nd May Daily Study Hours : 12 Now we have 36 days to complete Group 2. Lets start with Adv. Accounts - Electricity, Banking. Insurance - 7 days, Partnership - 3 days, Amalgamation & Internal Reconstruction - 6 days, AS - 3 Days, Department & Branch - 8 days, Remaining days for topics which are pending. Auditing - Company Audit I & II - 10 Days, Special Audit - 5 days, Starting 5 Chapters 2 days per chapter - 10 days , Remaining days for topics left out and for revision of important topics. IT/SM you can divide into 36 days. Give 4 hour per day to this subject. * You can refer practice manual for this 3 subjects.
