ONLY IN RASHA..... 7.25.2014 RUSSIA HAS BANNED THE AGGRESSIVE YELLOW AND BLUE COLORS!!!! The State Duma of the Russian Federation approved IN the second reading of a bill to ban the use of harsh colors in the federation. Under the proposed bill as of 1 August the use of yellow and blue colors will be banned in Russia!. The initiator of the bill, the Ministry of Health, as based on thorough research, argues that these colors can cause irreparable damage to the health of ordinary Russians. - We have examined more than a thousand people from different age groups - shared with reporters the results of the Deputy Minister V. Chariton - Almost 98% of the subjects while watching TV, on the appearance of combination of yellow and blue colors on the screen, provoked aggressive depression. The Deputy Minister said that there were cases when people broke the TV, or inflicted bodily harm to their family. Under the law, the production and import of products containing these colors as well as their use in television, radio, decorated interiors and painting. will be prohibited. Remember that after the controversial flash mob of Russian stars at the festival New Wave in Jurmala, where they dressed in yellow and blue colors, in support of Ukraine, the level of domestic violence in Russia increased by 2%.
