OOJr SPEAK:MY REACTION TO THE GoK PARROT Govt Spokesman is a perfect example of someone who swam in the sea of knowledge & came out completely dry & thus forms a basis thru which our educ must now be examined.He is semi-literate in his communication & critical thinking faculties & thus Incompetent, maladroit,mal-efficient, maleficent & im now sure he comes from MALI.For example 1.When he says Raila has been using siren illegally,does he mean Raila has been using this siren in Uganda or TZ? If it is illegal how comes he had never been taken to court for violating traffic rules? & when did this Vuvuzela discover that Raila was using the siren illegally,& by keeping quite this parrot is guilty of abating a crime 2.When he says the booing took 1 week to plan,how comes then they never arrested the planners long before the incident. If this man who I assume is Dr.I am even beginning to think he owns Degrees CELSIUS like Bishop Margaret Wanjiru.This GOK parrot who lives over the rainbow must be reminded of Art 32 includes the rights to be listened too & not to be listened to,to be taken seriously & to be ignored.If he wanted the people of Kissii t cheer the jubilee team against their will,then let him organize his own rally where Ongeri et al would address him as he cheers them on.Thus far,I am now convinced that Jubilee Govt is analog,coz by retaining this man who played with Baron Schilling von Canstatt who invented Telegraph as a govt spokesman,its a mockery of the words digital.This is pure puerility.In conclusion,the legend of his mouth precedes him.
