OOO MAN Could hardman Steven Seagal square off against evil genius Mel Gibson in Sylvester Stallone‘s star-studded throwback saga, The Expendables 3 Last month, we got wind of the fact that ”sugar-tits” Gibson might have signed on as the villain, to crack the nostalgic franchise up a notch or five with his ridiculous temper and hatred for pretty much everybody. Now, Expendables fansite EXBlog has revealed that strands of the Bulgarian media seem to think that Seagal will be involved in the movie as one of the good guys: In addition to reporting Gibson, there are now new elements in the Bulgarian reports confirming that Seagal will fight Gibson alongside Stallone, (Jason) Statham & (Dolph) Lundgren, and that the script has been rewritten many times to create enough room for so many stars specially after (Arnold) Schwarzenegger has joined the cast, and to include (Jackie) Chan, (Nicolas) Cage, (Wesley) Snipes, (Milla) Jovovich & (Mickey) Rourke. Well, wouldn’t that just be darling! Fans who grew up watching 80s action movies are probably incredibly excited right about now. Amiright? Despite his more recent stint of theatrical flops like Against the Dark and Kill Switch, Seagal is a bona fide cult favorite, so I’m sure there’ll be plenty of fans excited by his potential addition to The Expendables 3 roster.
