I can authoritatively affirm that OOU has takena new look and has changed from the era of certain variables which are detrimental to the growth and development of the instituition, and is likely to be ranked among the best 20 universities in nigeria. I hereby implore all OOUites and members of the University community to make tenacious contributions which will foster the growth and development of the institution.
