Camp Mgnt Team, PNP, RED CROSS, MDRRMO visible as I went around evac center ACC GYM, LGU MAGSAYSAY etc. Provisions food, etc ready. Mayor WSL going around evacuation centers, too. Weather calm but coastal areas rough. TANGALAN UPDATE frm SB JAY TEJADA. Everything is in place now. Evacuated early ang mga tao sa Tangalan NHS. MALINAO and LEZO UPDATE. Few families evacuees. Spoke to Malinao Mayor Igoy and Lezo MDRMC Officer Baldomero. Food provisions ready. All calm and ready. MAKATO UPDATE. Spoke to Mayor Torres. Visited evacuation new hosp, municipal and brgy hall. Brgy Capt Bob Clyde Legaspi is also around. Evacuation in progress din. Food provisions and dumptruck ready. NUMANCIA UPDATE. Spoke to MAYOR TEMPLONUEVO, PNP Chief Jojo Aguirre and MDRRMO Richard Vega. Visited na rin evacuation centers around here. In progress evacuation from coastal areas to Numancia Sto. Seminary, Fire Office Bldg. Seminarian Priests and some Seminarian students are helping the evacuees. PNP active and visible. Plaza full of private vehicles. NIS ready if needed more evac centers. Food provisions ready. Weather cloudy n windy. LIBACAO UPDATE. As of now, LA Still fair, no rain but with manageable windblows. Preemptive evacuation from coastal started yesterday. Update from MR.
