Is it any wonder that the girl was upset and ranting? You on the other hand seem to take pride in how in-control you were? All the while using your loud voice to yell over her frantic disapproval? Just imagine trying to get people to buy cupcakes in such a manner, never mind ideas concepts or tenets? And then retaliating in such a way when there are some negative responses, or differing views aired?
