OPEN HOUSE!! All are welcomed, members and non-members!! Saturday, January 3rd, 9 am - 1 pm. There will be raffles, classes, and a short seminar by Elliot Physical Therapy! Bring family and friends, and see what we have to offer. :) 4 classes scheduled for each hour: 9 am TRX Small Group Personal Training with Adam 10 am Yoga with Cathy 11 am PHAT Blast with Jennifer and Kelly 12 pm Double Trouble with Dave and Beth There will also be three 30 minute segments of Intro to INSANITY for those curious what it is. 10 am -1030 am 1130 am -12 pm 1230 pm - 1 pm Elliot Physical Therapy will also be performing FREE injury screens between 10 am - 12 pm!! Amazing!! Come and take advantage of it! Our child care director will also be available during the open house to answer any questions you may have! Remember, keep your schedule open on Saturday January 3rd!!
