OPEN LETTER EXPLAINING UPCOMING FACEBOOK & WEBSITE POSTS Dear Valued Customers & Facebook Fans, It’s been an interesting week here at Paradise Graphix. First let me start by saying that we at Paradise Graphix value each and every one of you. Without our loyal customers and followers, we could not do what we love to do ~ so Thank You. It has been brought to our attention by the events of this week, our competitors and even “friends” of our competitors are utilizing their work days viewing our Facebook pages and our company website. While I personally find this type of behavior as desperate (we believe that if you are honest, do great work, are fair, and take care of your customers ~ you don’t have to steal other people’s customers) it seems this reprehensible behavior is now common place in our field. Last Saturday an employee or possibly the owner of a full service machine shop who builds custom racing engines located in Cincinnati Ohio, decided to attack our company Facebook page, in an attempt to promote a half-rate, hack wrapping company also located in Cincinnati, Ohio. We’re not sure what this individual’s motivation was, as we personally have no clue who he is. But I can say, if he spent more time promoting his company than stalking ours ~ his Facebook page would probably have more than 185 likes. It was also brought to our attention this week; one of our major competitors (who have locations in Cincinnati, Lexington, Nashville, Cleveland, and Louisville) also spends a considerable amount of time stalking our company website and Facebook pages. We know this to be fact, as several of our customers have forwarded us emails from the sales staff at this corporation. This week has taught me a few things. First, I’m so very glad that we are a family owned business with values and morals, and that we truly care about each of our customer’s success. Second, in a cut-throat business like “vehicle wraps” if you want to stay competitive, you have to change with the times. For this reason, I must sadly announce that Paradise Graphix will no longer be posting updated pictures of our customer’s vehicle wraps on our Facebook page or website, as we do not appreciate, nor do our customers the poaching efforts of our local “competition.” Please know that we are still busy wrapping with same quality standards we’ve always upheld and if you want to see our most recent work, stop in, we’ll be happy to show you what we’ve been up to. We will try very hard to keep all of our followers entertained. Thanks for reading everyone, have an awesome weekend and stay warm out there.
