OPEN LETTER TO AMINU MAIGARI-2 My Dear President, In Continuation of my Open letter to you which i insist is without prejudice i will like to prescribe some Treatment after the diagnosis i made in the first letter but before that i will like to say i understand the Federal Government has lined you up for National Honour,what is it for?Why now?when you led Nigeria to Nations Cup Victory after 19 years Yawning and the eagles where lined up for the award,why were you not Honoured alongside your players?This belated Honour has all the elements of Greek you may agree with me Sir. 1. As you resume try and be humble and courageous enough not to keep malice against anyone,your immediate task is building bridges and uniting the football family. 2. You have to make a declaration in the coming days that you will not seek re-election and any member of your Committee who wants to seek re-election is free to do so and that the process will be open to all stakeholders. 3. Your executive Committee should agree on the following and convene a congress immediately to ratify:(A)ALL CHARGES AGAINST YOU ARE HEREBY REFEREED TO A COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE AND REPORT BACK IN TWO WEEKS(.B)THE ELECTIVE CONGRESS IS HEREBY POSTPONED TO LAST WEEK OF OCTOBER 2014(.C).THE TENURE OF THE PRESENT BOARD IS EXTENDED BY 60 DAYS TO ALLOW TIME FOR THE PROVISION OF THE ELECTORAL CODE TO BE RESPECTED(D)A NEW ELECTORAL COMMITTEE AND APPEAL COMMITTEE SHOULD BE RECONSTITUTED(E)ALL THOSE WHO PURCHASE FORMS FOR VARIOUS POSITION SHOULD BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY(F)A NEW ELECTION TIME TABLE SHOULD BE PREPARED AND SELLS OF FORMS WILL BE ON LINE AND ALL PAYMENTS ALSO ON LINE OR TO THE BANK AND ALL THOSE WHO WANT TO BUY THE FORM SHOULD DOWN LOAD FORM THE INTERNET TO AVOID ANY DENIAL.(G) ANYBODY DENIED ENDORSEMENT BY ANY MEMBER SUCH MEMBER SHOULD BE SUSPENDED OR TO EXPUNGED THE ENDORSEMENT CLAUSE,SINCE IT IS BEING ABUSE,If your Executive Committee can do this and the Congress ratify you will be a HERO and all of your Members will be. 4. The Chairmen of YOBE and PLATEAU States should be returned to their positions. 5. You should send a letter to FIFA That any Correspondence form the Nigerian Federation must have your Signature and that of MUSA AHMADU otherwise they should consider it as fake. 6. Make a Declaration that the LMC is an independent Body that has its management,anyone seeing it as an extension of AMINU MAIGARI is a mistake and the Executive Committee will hold the Accountable in as much as the Clubs representatives can make a valid and concrete Submission to the Executive Committee. 7.The Emergency Congress should be by the End of this month.
