OPEN LETTER TO GOD - ARE WE ON THE SIDE OF JUDGEMENT I asked myself, is it true God has brought judgement upon this nation? I waited long for an answer, it begin to ponder my heart, I look around what has befell us in recent times, the bombing, terrorist, kidnapping, ritual, politics, and corruption.The rate at at which evil is being spread, I made a comparison with that of the days of sodom and Gomarah, it appears to me the evil of this days is on high side, noting to compare to the days of old, I asked myself, when God declare his judgement on sodom and Gomarah, it was total and complete mersaker. This days, people could not see what has befallen them.The sacrifice of Christ has brought grace, mercy has prevail over judgement, if this is judgement, it appears as if the wicked are more rooted and they seems to be more established, the spread of corruption, it spread like a whirlwind in the harmatan season.Every time we count the number of the dead, The innocent poor,the latest killing in the church that brought about nine worshipers dead when they were worshiping you, God. it is only you that can provide answer for that, it also remind me the days of Eli the priest in 1 samuel, the children of Eli were corrupt, there ways was not upright before God.when the word of the lord got to Eli through the young prophet boy.Eli never bring any genie correction to his children, on account of what the children of Eli did, they brought transgression upon the people of is real, is real had to go through war that cost the life of many people because of the sins of Eli sons, we could see how the sins of these children affect the whole tribe of is real. This story also apply to our great nation, the sins of many has affect the whole nation, on the side of church, the way the message is being carried out is not less than that of Eli , if innocent and many people in the church are more of a victim, we should know why it was so. The sins of this nation has become so grievous in the sight of God, despite of the abundance of grace that that was made available, it seems the weight of sin in this nation is so grievous in sight God, one would wonder if the blood of sacrifice of Christ has become so ineffective to bring thorough cleansing. most of us still waiting for the plundering of the nation to rise to that Burundi and somalia before they could learn the lessons of integrity and uprightness, it does not matter how the position of the church look like, God will always have a witness, thank God for witness around us,men that have stand out in the midst of perversion, men who refused to dine with the prince of the land, men on the side of God who still raise their shoulder high and refuse to bow before Nebucanezer, men who refuse to deep their hand in the bow. in the midst of all this confusion, is there GOD? yes, there is God, there is God o, why would many still refuse to acknowledge the God factor in our matter, why would many reject him? many that received him but refuse to follow his instructions, there is no fear of God any more,if the message of the cross has become so ineffective,it is for those who are perishing, yes, we can choose life, we can bring the mercy of God to prevail over judgement.
