OPEN LETTER TO MRS DORIS PACK MEMBER OF EUROPEAN PARLAMENT Dear Mrs. Pack I would be really grateful if you could reserve couple minutes of your time to read fair requirements of 52.000 people joined together in Facebook social network, regarding to situation within our country Bosnia and Herzegovina Republic: WE REQUEST RETURN TO POWER OUR LEGAL AND LEGITIMATE CONSTUTTION ACT OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA REPUBLIC, SUSPENDED BY ACT OF AGGRESSION, GENOCIDE AND TREASON. Founded in 12th century Bosnian Kingdom survived many invasions, occupying powers, empires and federations – until recently. At the beginning of 1990 Milosevic’s regime from Serbia prepared so called plan RAM with an objective to attack and conquer Republic Bosnia and Herzegovina and murder and expelled all non –Serb population. He found allies in President of the Croatian Republic, war crime suspect Mr Franjo Tudjman and biggest traitor in Bosnian history, President of the SDA party, Mr Alija Izetbegovic. Also, he managed to get “understanding” of many foreign powers and secure an arm embargo on the Bosnia and Herzegovina state, while he took over the all resources of former Yugoslavia army that was 4th power in Europe. And aggression and genocide started at the beginning of 1992, against unarmed civilians, who are seen by the international community as one party in conflict, equally responsible for fighting back in self-defense with a few smuggled weaponry. Genocide was broad-casted for three years all over the world without really anybody concern, until common people from all over the world could not have a stomach to look further a brutal killing of the human beings. At that point NATO intervened in the way to secure part of the territory of the Republic Bosnia and Herzegovina, conquered by war criminal Milosevic. That territory is nowadays known as so called Republic srpska. That is territory where majority of Bosniak, native people were expelled and brutally murdered without any chance for survivors to come back to their homeland. They have secured that territory for Milosevics followers by drafting Dayton accord, incorporating a “new illegal Constitution” of the Bosnian state that recognize and legalize territorial division, achieved by brutal aggression, concentrations camps and genocide. That new “Constitution”, which we call an illegal Dayton’s Constitution, is now in place and in power. It has never been accepted by the Parliament of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Today we have in power in occupied Bosnia and Herzegovina, followers of the war criminals Mr Milosevic and Mr Tudjman, as well as traitors from their coalition in Sarajevo (SDS,SNSD, SDA,SDP,SZBH,SBB,HDZ,HDZ1990), all of them deeply involved in crime and corruption, whose common goal is robbing whatever they can get, division of the Bosnia and Herzegovina and keep an infinitely a power in those broken parts of the Bosnia state, hoping that they will stay owners of all the properties and lives of the trapped citizens in their fascistic apartheids (so called Republic srpska and Federation BH). We are demanding normal, liberal, secular and citizen type of the state Constitution, such was illegally suspended Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina Republic (very similar like in France, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Macedonia, Austria and most EU countries); All of these countries are multi-ethnic and multi-religious like Bosnia and Herzegovina Republic and their citizens live in peace without blockades imposed by local fascistic criminals such as a case in Bosnia and Herzegovina Republic, with by genocide imposed illegal Dayton Constitution. Among these fascists and criminals there is unseen brotherhood and unity in crime, destruction and corruption. They are not elected through democratic election, but rather they self-elected themselves by robbing enormous amount of money from state’s budget for their election campaign and for bribery, and by using their own election “Commission” just in case if things go wrong. 52.000 citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina Republic facebook/groups/gradjanskiustav/ Truly Yours Esad Jaganjac, Dipl.
