Will be mainly responsible for Sales, Training , Retention and Recruitment 2. Provide business vision and leadership for the assigned hub 3. Assist regional manager in planning & implementation of the sales plan working in collaboration with stake holders to increase market share, develop new markets and to improve gross margins by enhancing the performance. 4. Is accountable for achieving bookings, revenue, and gross margin objectives. 5. Assist in the annual sales budgeting process to develop comprehensive region sales plans including appropriate actions required to ensure achievement of divisions growth targets. 6. Regular reporting on sales performance including sales forecasts, bookings, backlog, revenue, budget, competitor activity, customer needs and regional climate.
